I Can Out Annoy My Child

Kids can really fixate on one thing and not let up. LR is no different, and yeah, it's annoying. Today I held LR at the kitchen sink because he just had to know what was going on with the dishes. I was interested in getting an Eskimo kiss, so here's how the conversation went.
"Bubbles!" said LR.
"Eskimo kiss!" I said.
"Bubbles!"
"Eskimo kiss!"
"Bubbles!"
"Eskimo kiss!"
"Bubbles!"
"Eskimo kiss!"
Finally LR turned his face toward me, smiled as if to say "geez, mom," and gave me an Eskimo kiss. Then it was back to business. "Bubbles!" he said. "Yes," I agreed, "bubbles."
