Daddy and I went to the 32 week ultrasound yesterday. At the 28 week ultrasound, Baby Girl was 2 lbs. 11 oz. and Baby Boy was 2 lbs. 6 oz., putting them around the 60th and 40th percentiles respectively. Yesterday she measured at 3 lbs. 10 oz. and he measured at 3 lbs. 1 oz., putting them in the 44th and 24th percentiles. We started to worry about 1) the growing difference in their weight and 2) the drop in percentiles. When the high risk doc made his appearance, he assured us that he didn't see a problem on either count. 9 oz. isn't that big a spread especially since Baby Boy has always been behind Baby Girl and twins tend to slow down in their growth towards the end of the pregnancy. Regardless, Daddy has put me on a strict bacon and bon-bons diet from here on.
In other twin news, at 5am this morning Baby Girl decided to have a lightswitch rave while Baby Boy got the hiccups. I think she scared him into getting the hiccups. He gets them daily now. Haven't felt her hiccup once yet.
